HR Recruiter

Description We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate excels in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in building high-performing teams and driving hiring strategies that support organizational growth. This is a hybrid position, working two days onsite and three days remote.

Responsibilities:

+ Source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals + Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit + Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers + Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions + Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system + Partner with HR team members to deliver an excellent candidate experience + Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires + Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in recruitment Requirements + 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience + Must have prior experience recruiting for some sort of manufacturing positions. + Technologically adept and resourceful + Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently + Can start immediately and commute to Reston, Virginia.
