Job Description
Our client in the Farmington, Connecticut area is seeking a Contract HR Recruiter to support hiring efforts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiting professional who has managed full-cycle hiring for hourly and skilled manufacturing positions and is comfortable working closely with HR leadership and plant-based hiring teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer extension, and onboarding coordinationHandle candidate flow through Workday and maintain accurate recruiting activity and documentationSupport hiring for a variety of manufacturing and operational roles, including skilled machinery workers and plant personnelPartner with HR leadership and hiring managers to prioritize open positions and keep recruiting timelines on trackGreet and guide candidates through the onsite interview processParticipate in regular recruiting meetings and provide updates on hiring progressAssist with recruiting efforts related to organizational growth and workforce changesAdditional DetailsHybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remoteContract assignment expected to last 3-6 months
