Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Recruiter to join our team in Holmdel, New Jersey. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with organizational goals. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment combining remote and onsite work, with a focus on delivering exceptional hiring experiences.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Develop and distribute compelling job descriptions to attract candidates with relevant experience.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems and other tools to streamline the recruitment lifecycle and maintain accurate records.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and database management.
  • Provide insights on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and availability to support hiring decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity initiatives, and company policies throughout all recruitment activities.
  • Facilitate job offers, negotiate terms, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
  • Evaluate and refine recruitment strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness over time.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver candidates who align with organizational culture.
  • Support the organization's goals by identifying and securing top talent in a SaaS or corporate environment.
