HR Recruiter

We are seeking a Remote HR Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting efforts by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for a variety of roles. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple openings, and experience working effectively in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer stagePartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirementsSource candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channelsReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone screens and virtual interviewsCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking systemCommunicate regularly with candidates regarding application status and next stepsDevelop and post job descriptions and job advertisementsSupport employer branding and talent pipeline development initiativesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring processStay informed on hiring trends, labor market conditions, and recruiting best practices
