Hybrid Recruiter Houston Area High-Volume On-Camera Talent (TikTok Live) $20$28/hr

Help us build a team of TikTok Live hosts — remote recruiter wanted APS Media Hub is a Houston-based live commerce studio running daily TikTok Shop streams. We're hiring on-camera hosts continuously and need a dedicated recruiter to own that pipeline — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and getting great people in the door. This is W-2 employment, hybrid role in Houston with hourly base pay plus a per-hire bonus tied to whether your hires actually stick around. If you're good, you can earn meaningfully above base. What you'll own Source on-camera talent across Indeed, LinkedIn, Backstage, casting sites, TikTok, Instagram, and local Houston-area groups Screen incoming applicants against our criteria (on-camera energy, availability, location) Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews — the first stage is a live on-camera demo Follow up with candidates, manage the pipeline in our ATS, keep things moving Partner with our hiring manager on what's working and what isn't Help refine job ads, screening questions, and outreach scripts as you learn what converts This role is built for someone who… Has recruited high-volume hourly or creative roles before (retail, hospitality, sales, content creators, performers — any of these track) Knows how to source actively, not just post and pray Is comfortable on the phone and over text — you'll be moving fast through candidates Has a sense for on-camera talent and personality (you'll learn to spot it quickly) Is organized enough to manage 30-60 active candidates at a time without dropping anyone Can work independently — this is a remote role with real ownership Recruiting agency background is a plus but not required. In-house high-volume experience is just as valuable. If you've recruited for restaurants, retail, sales floors, gig platforms, modeling agencies, or content/creator roles, you'll likely thrive here.
