Job Description

The NRO Recruiter I plays a key role in the recruitment, credentialing, and onboarding of new field staff across all Division Offices.
Essential Job Functions:
Candidate Screening & Follow-ups:
Conduct daily phone screenings and follow-ups with candidates in various stages of the hiring process.
Performance Goals:
Weekly:
Make 250 outbound calls (50 calls/day). Hire at least 5 new individuals. Complete 15 interviews/phone screenings.
Monthly:
Hire at least 20 new individuals. Achieve any additional goals as set by the Manager.
Recruitment Activities:
Actively source and recruit candidates using diverse recruiting platforms.
Credentialing:
Review and complete necessary credentialing documents to ensure compliance.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other NRO Recruiters and departments such as Sales, Per Diem, and STAR Divisions to synchronize recruiting efforts.
Compliance:
Ensure all candidates and new hires meet CDC, state, and facility compliance standards.
Communication:
Maintain professional and positive communication with team members and candidates.
Pipeline Management:
Follow up with candidates to maintain a robust pipeline throughout the onboarding process.
Special Projects:
Complete tasks and special projects as assigned by the Division Manager, Assistant Division Manager, Operations Manager, and COO. Participation in Off-Duty Waiting Time shifts is a requirement. Must assist in answering phone calls and associated troubleshooting tasks when triggered during the waiting to be engaged period
Office Environment:
Work full-time in an office setting unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team.
Requirements:
General knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment. Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to meet or exceed all essential job functions and performance goals. Must have own computer to work from home.
Physical Demands:
Ability to remain seated for the majority of the workday. Capability to move within the office, bend, and reach as necessary. Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds.
Work Environment:
Primarily an office setting, with occasional duties outside of the typical office environment as directed by the Executive Team.
