• 32 an hour Adecco is seeking an Onsite Recruiter / HR Specialist to support hiring and workforce operations for a large manufacturing client in the Dover, NH area.

In this role, you will play a key part in recruiting top talent, supporting employees onsite, and helping drive overall hiring success. Key Responsibilities:

• Source, recruit, and screen candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking
• Manage full cycle recruiting including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and employee follow up
• Facilitate new hire orientations, onboarding paperwork, andpliance processes
• Build strong relationships with associates, client leadership, and internal recruiting teams
• Support workforce management activities including attendance tracking, employee engagement, and issue resolution
• Utilize ATS systems, Microsoft Office, and recruiting tools to maintain accurate candidate and employee records

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, recruiting, staffing, or Human Resources preferred
• Strongmunication and relationship building skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high volume environment
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Pay Details:

$28.00 to $30.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program,muter benefits and a 401K plan.
