We're hiring a Physician Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. About the role:
As a Physician Recruiter you are responsible the full-cycle recruitment of board-certified physicians and the operational leaders who support them. We are looking for someone who understands the unique licensing and regulatory nuances of the telehealth landscape. This is a remote / work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington. The base pay for this role in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Washington is: $57.00 - $75.00 per hour. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $51.00 - $70.00 per hour.Responsibilities:
Identify physicians across multiple specialties using advanced sourcing techniques beyond traditional job boards. Review resumes and evaluate candidates' qualifications against job requirements Conduct initial interviews to assess clinical understanding, "webside manner," and technical proficiency for virtual care. Collaborate and advise hiring managers on how to make informed selection decisions Independently advise and influence partners (e.g. candidates, hiring managers) on the candidate market and recruiting processes Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and finalizing employment terms Analyze candidate pipeline history and pass through rates to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations Other duties as assignedRequirements:
5+ years of recruiting experience, with 2+ years of experience in Physician Recruitment. 5+ years of experience building relationships and engaging with hiring managers and candidates 5+ years of experience using sourcing tools to identify a diverse set of candidates Understanding of multi-state licensing and the nuances of 1099 vs. W2 clinical employmentBonus Points:

Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education, and experience.
