Recognized four consecutive years as one of America's Best Cataract Surgeons, we offer the full spectrum of advanced eye care — from laser-guided cataract surgery and refractive lens exchange to macular degeneration treatment and cutting-edge clinical research — all within a boutique, luxury-level surgical environment. We are growing, and we're looking for someone exceptional to grow with us. The Role As our Practice Liaison, you will be the face of Coastal Eye in the community. You'll manage and deepen relationships with existing referring providers — optometrists, primary care physicians, dermatologists, and specialists — while actively building new partnerships across Fairfield County and beyond. You'll work closely with Dr. Shakir to develop outreach strategy, represent the practice at community events, and help coordinate our upcoming open house for our newly opened, state-of-the-art office space.
This is a hybrid role:
most of your time will be spent out in the field visiting practices, with regular time in our Greenwich office. What You'll Do Cultivate and maintain referral relationships with physicians and optometrists across Fairfield County Develop and execute strategic outreach plans with practice leadership Coordinate and lead our upcoming open house event for our new office Educate referring providers and their staff on Coastal Eye's services and value proposition Support clinical trial recruitment efforts as part of our affiliated research organization, SightSERA Represent Coastal Eye with professionalism, polish, and genuine warmth at every touchpoint Track outreach activity and referral trends to measure impact What We're Looking For Experience in healthcare sales, physician liaison, pharmaceutical/medical device sales, or a related field Existing relationships with Fairfield County providers is a strong plus Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply Polished, professional presentation — you take pride in how you show up Strong communicator with the confidence to engage physicians, office staff, and administrators equally well Strategic thinker who thrives working independently and in close collaboration with leadership Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout the region Bachelor's degree preferred What We Offer Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonus tied to referral growth Opportunity to grow with a thriving, expanding practice A leadership team that values your contributions and invests in your success A genuinely beautiful, welcoming workplace — our newly built office reflects the same standard of excellence we bring to patient care
