Are you a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives on building connections, not just filling jobs The Professional Recruiter at The Vision Companies is a People Connector focused on professional-level roles such as Accounting, HR, Operations, and Leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, curious, and motivated to build talent pipelines—even when there isn't an open job to fill. You'll spend your time connecting with candidates, building long-term relationships, and partnering with your team and clients to uncover new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of professional-level candidates Proactively reach out to passive candidates through networking, referrals, and social platforms Develop long-term relationships and serve as a trusted career partner Manage the full recruiting process from sourcing to placement Conduct interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process Partner with Sales to share market insights and identify hiring needs Support client relationships through communication, follow-up, and alignment Grow and drive your current and new clients
Qualifications:
Required:
2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable using sourcing tools, job boards, and Microsoft Office Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience recruiting for professional-level roles CSP or other recruiting certifications
Working Conditions:
This role offers remote flexibility after an initial onboarding period. The work includes sourcing, interviewing, and regular communication with candidates and clients. Occasional local travel for networking or client visits may be required.
