The ideal candidate is passionate about providing exceptional mental health care and enjoys working in a supportive, independent environment where administrative tasks are handled for you, so you can focus on clinical care. Bonus points for highly organized therapists who work well in an independent setting, with the support of supervision, and without having to handle the hassle of insurance, claims, and the non-clinical aspect of the important work you do. Supervision is provided for clinicians seeking licensure. This is a W2 role. This role will work primarily with adults, teens and young adults age 10+. 1-3 years experience preferred. This is a part time role with primarily after school and weekend hours. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to clients (teens/young adults) Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in our HIPAA-compliant EHR Participate in clinical meetings and consultations as needed Follow all professional, legal, and ethical standards of practice Coordinate with other healthcare providers and referral sources as appropriate What We Provide W-2 employment status Steady client referrals This position requires 10-20 client sessions weekly, afternoon/evening/weekends HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platform Billing and insurance credentialing handled for you Administrative support Furnished office space for in-person sessions Infrastructure for virtual sessions for clinicians who prefer work-from-home Supportive, clinician-centered practice culture

Qualifications Required:

Active NYS license in good standing Malpractice/professional liability insurance (minimum $1M/$3M coverage) Ability to work independently and maintain boundaries Strong clinical skills and commitment to ethical practice

Preferred:
