Approved Fire Protection & Security's mission is to supply life safety and security products and services to the industrial, commercial, pharmaceutical, and municipal companies in New Jersey and near surrounding areas.Job Summary:
The Full-Time Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across all company locations, with a primary focus on building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified technicians and field personnel. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely hiring to support operational demands in a fast-paced, multi-state fire protection and security services environment. During periods of lower recruiting activity, this role will support broader Human Resources initiatives, contributing to departmental efficiency and overall employee experience.Benefits:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline development across NJ, NY, PA, and NC locations. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technician and field candidates Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and industry channels Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Occasional travel to branch locations and recruiting events may be required Onboarding support and coordinating with managers for hiring needs. HR support & cross functional assistance. Potential flexibility for limited remote work based on business needs.Required Qualifications:
3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume or skilled trades environments. Fire Prevention Industry preferred. Excellent customer service skills. Experience recruiting across multiple states is a plus Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills Excellent organizational and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously Experience with HR systems (Paylocity preferred) Standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 7:20 AM-4:20PM Language:
