Job Description
SUMMARY Join a fast-paced talent acquisition team supporting high-volume hiring initiatives across transportation and regulated workforce environments. This remote opportunity offers the chance to work closely with recruiters and hiring managers while playing a key role in candidate experience, interview coordination, and compliance-related recruiting activities. Ideal for someone with recruiting coordination experience who enjoys organization, process management, and working with hiring technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Support recruiters with day-to-day coordination activities throughout the hiring process. Review and evaluate Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) for positions subject to transportation and regulatory requirements. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while managing scheduling logistics. Maintain accurate candidate records and updates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Assist with candidate movement through various stages of the recruitment lifecycle. Upload candidate information into automated screening and recruiting platforms and review screening outcomes. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up. Generate recruiting reports and maintain hiring documentation as needed. Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to support hiring goals. Perform additional recruiting administration and coordination duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Recruiting Coordinator, or similar recruiting support role. Experience supporting high-volume recruitment environments preferred. Familiarity with transportation, CDL, or DOT-regulated hiring processes preferred. Experience reviewing Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) and understanding hiring compliance requirements. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Experience scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communications. Knowledge of recruiting automation tools and virtual assistant platforms such as Paradox is a plus. Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently in a remote environment. Availability to work during Mountain Time Zone business hours.
