The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for hiring, training, managing, and coaching all Loan Officer/Jr. Loan Officer direct reports. The Sales Recruiter will implement the company's key performance indicators and will be managed according to these numbers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Ensures consistent use of the A Method for hiring in division. Implements, monitors, and manages key performance indicators in division. Works with Loan Officers to utilize technology and scripts to complete applications. Teaches Dale Vermillion Refinance Sales Mastery program to Loan Officers and continue coaching them to improve at adhering to this methodology. Tracks and measures lead conversion across all marketing platforms and train staff to increase metrics. Recruits new Loan Officer's and Jr. Loan Officer's. Measures and manages production with the Scorecard and other tools. Manages Loan Officer's to follow up on leads. Ensures all functional team members are following the process and continually train and measure productivity. Achieve 90% of your strategic goals within 1 year. Experience, Education & Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities): Has the skill to hire A players. Demonstrates attention to detail. Has the skill to implement best practice solutions to address client needs. Is customer focused. Understands that being goal oriented is key to success. Works well independently. Is a continuous learner. Has the ability to deal with short term issues while keeping big picture outcomes in mind. Experience working in a group setting Bachelor's Degree preferred 1-2 years of general office experience 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in mortgage, finance, or real estate industry
