ASAP ROLE IMPACT
This role is critical to rebuilding and supporting a high-volume Talent Acquisition team managing over 100 open positions across Finance, Insurance, and Operations. Success in this role means driving recruiting momentum, supporting hiring managers, and creating a seamless candidate experience while helping improve recruiting operations and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer stage Conduct phone screens and candidate evaluations Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications Build talent pipelines using sourcing tools, LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and creative outreach methods Partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to understand role requirements and hiring priorities Maintain ATS updates and recruiting documentation accuracy Assist with recruiting operations projects, including Oracle ATS implementation support Contribute to process improvement initiatives and workflow optimization
WHAT YOU BRING
5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency or corporate recruiting backgrounds welcome) Strong sourcing skills and ability to manage high-volume recruiting activity Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through Great past job stability - no job hoppers! Experience with ATS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite Customer service mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude Stability and professionalism with strong problem-solving ability
