Job Description

Job Title:
Recruiter 3Job Description This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting for early-in-career and highly technical AI/ML, data, and applied science roles in a high-volume environment. You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and key stakeholders to source, assess, and hire top technical talent while delivering a consistent, positive candidate experience. This is a staff augmentation contractor position designed to temporarily support existing team resources and cyclical business needs. Responsibilities + Own full-cycle recruiting for early-in-profession AI/ML and technical roles, from initial sourcing through offer extension and close. + Source and identify candidates through a variety of channels, with a strong focus on AI/ML, data, applied science, and highly technical engineering talent. + Screen and assess candidates to evaluate technical skills, AI/ML exposure, and overall alignment with role requirements. + Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to clarify hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting plans. + Manage all candidate communication and engagement throughout the hiring process to ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience. + Lead candidate progression through interviews, including scheduling, coordinating debriefs, and managing offer and closing stages. + Build and maintain robust pipelines of early-career AI/ML and technical talent to support ongoing and future hiring needs. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and activities in recruiting systems in alignment with process, compliance, and confidentiality requirements. + Contribute to high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groups, balancing competing priorities and timelines. + Adhere to all client-specific policies and procedures related to confidentiality, security, and appropriate communication channels. Essential Skills + 5-7 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition. + Proven experience owning full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, offer extension, and closing. + Demonstrated experience hiring for AI/ML, data science, applied science, or highly technical engineering roles. + Experience working in high-volume recruiting environments. + Experience supporting early-in-profession and university hiring, including intern and entry-level roles, as well as industry hiring. + Strong ability to source and engage specialized technical and passive talent. + Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders and hiring teams. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Familiarity with recruiting tools or applicant tracking systems. + Core skills in recruiting, technical recruiting, and sourcing. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience building and nurturing talent pipelines for AI/ML and other highly technical disciplines. + Ability to interpret and apply recruiting processes and compliance expectations within a structured environment. + Comfort working in a fully virtual setting while maintaining high levels of collaboration and responsiveness. Work Environment This role operates in a 100% virtual work environment, providing the flexibility to perform all recruiting activities remotely. You will use digital recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems to manage candidates, collaborate with stakeholders, and support high-volume hiring efforts across multiple teams and business groups. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on process adherence, data accuracy, confidentiality, and delivering a consistent, positive candidate experience. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $55.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
