Recruiter (Hybrid) About the Role We're seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. You'll play a key role in building strong retail teams by hiring top talent across hourly and supervisor roles. This position owns the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing to offer—while using modern tools and data-driven strategies to deliver results. What You'll Do Manage 10-14+ open roles in a high-volume environment Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and social media Screen candidates and coordinate interviews Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and decisions Extend offers and ensure a positive candidate experience Support onboarding and new hire readiness Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements What You Bring 1-2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume preferred) Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously Strong communication and phone skills Experience with social media sourcing and ATS systems Highly organized, adaptable, and results-driven Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Preferred Retail or high-volume hiring experience Experience with iCIMS or similar ATS Background partnering closely with hiring managers Why Join the team? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
