We are currently seeking a motivated and bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiter Coordinator to join our growing team in the hospitality staffing industry. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, organized, and passionate about connecting people with job opportunities. As a Recruiter Coordinator, you will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across various hospitality accounts throughout the city, while proactively resolving staffing challenges.

Responsibilities:

Recruit and source candidates for hospitality positions (housekeeping, front desk, kitchen staff, etc.) Conduct phone and in-person interviews and pre-screen candidates Coordinate and manage the full application and onboarding process Match candidates with appropriate job sites and client needs Post and advertise job openings on various platforms Maintain consistent communication with candidates and employees Visit job sites as needed to support operations and employee relations Identify and resolve staffing issues quickly and efficiently (call-outs, no-shows, last-minute coverage, etc.) Provide proven solutions to workforce challenges and ensure client satisfaction Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

Bilingual:

Fluent in Spanish and English (required) Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred (hospitality is a plus) Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and work under pressure Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable transportation for site visits Proficient with basic computer skills (Indeed, email, spreadsheets, etc.)
