is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries. The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle talent acquisition across partnered brands while also supporting broader HR operations and administrative initiatives as needed. This role serves as a key partner to hiring managers and HR leadership, ensuring efficient recruiting processes, positive candidate experiences, and operational support across various HR functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing recruiting priorities with day-to-day HR administrative support in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities 1. Full-Cycle Recruiting Manage end-to-end recruitment for all three brands: Muha Meds, Dialed Moods, and Dialed Labs, from job requisition intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and establish candidate evaluation criteria Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, cannabis industry networks, and direct outreach Screen, interview, and assess candidates for culture fit, qualifications, and compliance eligibility Coordinate and schedule interviews with cross-functional stakeholders and hiring teams 2. Brand-Specific Talent Strategy Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each brand's identity, team structure, and workforce needs (Muha Meds, Dialed Moods, Dialed Labs) Tailor recruitment messaging and candidate experience to reflect each brand's voice and values Build proactive talent pipelines for high-volume and recurring roles across all three brands Advise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability 3. Compliance & Regulated Industry Recruiting Ensure all hiring practices comply with California labor law, cannabis industry regulations, andHR MGMT 10
policies Coordinate background checks, work authorization verification, and any state-required pre-employment screening Maintain accurate and audit-ready records for all candidate activity and hiring decisions Partner with HR on onboarding handoffs to ensure new hires are set up correctly across the appropriate brand entity 4. Candidate Experience & Employer Branding Deliver a consistent, professional, and engaging candidate experience from first contact through offer Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the hiring process with clear timelines and expectations Gather and share feedback loops between candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve the recruitment process Support employer branding initiatives across job postings, social platforms, and industry events 5. Reporting & Recruiting Operations Track and maintain recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline health Maintain organized requisition tracking across all three brands using the ATS or tracking system of record Provide regular updates to HR leadership and brand stakeholders on open roles, pipeline status, and hiring projections Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools (e.g., sourcing assistants, resume screening, outreach automation, and interview scheduling) to increase efficiency and pipeline quality across all three brands 6. HR Operations & Administrative Support Provide administrative support to HR leadership and cross-functional teams as needed Assist with onboarding coordination, employee documentation, and HR record maintenance Support HR systems, employee communications, and process tracking Help coordinate trainings, employee engagement initiatives, and internal HR projects Maintain organized and accurate HR files, recruiting documentation, and compliance records Assist with additional HR and people operations tasks as business needs evolve Qualifications Required 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a high-volume or multi-brand environment Experience recruiting across multiple departments (e.g., operations, sales, compliance, marketing, or warehouse) Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in the recruiting workflow, including but not limited to candidate sourcing, job description drafting, outreach personalization, and screening automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously with strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent multiple brand identities Knowledge of California employment law and compliant hiring practices Strongly Preferred Prior experience recruiting within the cannabis, consumer goods, CPG, or regulated products industry Familiarity with HR MGMT 10 or Employer of Record models and multi-entity workforce structures Experience supporting brands at different growth stages (startup, scaling, established) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus given workforce demographics What Success Looks Like Open roles across Muha Meds, Dialed Moods, and Dialed Labs are filled efficiently with qualified candidates who reflect each brand's culture and standards Hiring managers across all three brands view you as a strategic, responsive partner — not just a resume screener Candidate experience is consistently positive, with clear communication and professional follow-through at every stage Recruiting metrics trend positively — time-to-fill decreases, offer acceptance rates remain high, and pipeline quality improves over time All recruiting activity is documented, compliant, and audit-ready in accordance with HR MGMT 10 and applicable legal standardsCompensation & Benefits Base Salary Range:
$60,000 to $80,000 annually Placement within the range is based on experience, demonstrated success, and ability to perform essential job functions.Eligible employees may also receive:
