- Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking GTM Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting the Americas (US/Canada/LATAM).
- This is a fully remote position.
- Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Partner:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders across the Americas, understanding their talent needs and providing consultative, data-driven recruitment solutions +
Advanced Sourcing & Engagement:
- Proactively source, engage, and assess candidates using a variety of channels—including AI-powered platforms, social media, events, and referrals—to ensure a robust pipeline of high-quality GTM talent +
Full-Cycle Recruitment Leadership:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to offer, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience. Set the standard for process excellence, speed, and quality +
Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly analyze recruiting metrics, gather stakeholder as well as team feedback to experiment with new tools and approaches to optimize outcomes. Lead or contribute to projects that enhance recruiting effectiveness and efficiency wherever possible +
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use data and analytics to inform sourcing strategies, track pipeline health, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders +
Employer Branding:
- Actively promote our employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships, highlighting our culture, growth opportunities, and commitment to innovation +
- Compliance & Best Practices
- : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with employment laws and company policies, upholding the highest ethical standards
- Minimum Qualifications
- + 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on GTM roles (sales, marketing, customer success, sales strategy & operations) in a fast-paced environment + Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail + Advanced proficiency with recruiting technologies, including Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent CRMs, and AI-based sourcing tools.
