POSITION OVERVIEW
Roof-ER's Lead Recruiter will be primarily responsible for sourcing high-volume sales position openings and other necessary positions as the company continues to grow
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Source candidates for high-volume sales position openings Network and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates Assist in developing recruitment strategy with hiring managers Plan and attend job fairs to develop a candidate pool for assigned positions as needed Screens and interviews applicants and conducts candidate reference checks Provide summary recommendations to hiring managers
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years in a competitive recruiting environment Bachelor's degree Experience with various online job posting/recruiting sites, e.g. Indeed, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, etc. Ability to network effectively Strong communication and organizational skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years direct recruiting experience Prior management experience
COMPENSATION
$70,000+; salary commensurate with experience plus performance-based commission - could exceed $100,000 Full benefits and paid vacation Offer flexible remote work opportunities Company-provided computer Annual trip
