Recruiter Location:

Hybrid in Cambridge, MA (onsite 3-4 days/week) A financial services client in Cambridge, MA, is looking to hire a candidate eager to gain recruiting experience who will support full-cycle hiring for internship, entry-level, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate will be customer service-oriented, organized, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process: Handle job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates from a variety of sources, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and agency contacts Own the onboarding and offboarding process for employees Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics on a regular basis to assess the effectiveness of recruiting efforts and identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, admissions or another related field Proven ability to multitask and improve processes with a strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
