About the Role We are hiring a Recruiter to support our growth and manage full-cycle recruiting across the organization. The Recruiter will attract, assess, and hire top talent, partnering with hiring managers to define staffing needs, build effective recruiting strategies, and deliver a strong candidate experience from outreach through onboarding. Key Responsibilities Full Lifecycle Recruiting Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, recruiting strategies, candidate profiles and anticipated department growth. Create and manage job requisitions; post positions on external job boards, social media, and company career websites. Source and engage passive and active candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events, and creative outreach. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Solicit and document feedback from hiring managers following candidate interviews. Manage and coordinate all communications with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with extending offers of employment to selected candidates and manage the offer negotiation process. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and company hiring practices. Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience. Support employer branding initiatives and promote company culture through recruiting efforts Assist with Internship Program execution, including onboarding and program coordination. Assist with employee referral programs and recruiting events. OnboardingProcess Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding processes for new hires. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures, policies, and employment laws. Proactively communicate updates and maintain transparency with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process. AgencyExternal Partner Management Develop and maintain strong working relationships with preferred staffing agencies, colleges, and community organizations. Work with external agencies to review and present candidates to hiring managers. QualificationsSkills 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment. Experience recruiting for technical, engineering, industrial, or professional services roles preferred. Experience supporting multi-state recruiting efforts. Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and urgency. Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and employees at all levels. Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach. Experience managing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate pipelines and requisition documentation. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience with ATS platforms. Working knowledge of employment law and compliant hiring practices. Works effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment while also capable of working independently when needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience building and managing candidate pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
