ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The employee is required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other duties as assigned. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position. Manage full cycle recruitment for assigned affiliates. Responsible for sourcing, recruitment, screening, onboarding of new talent. Assist candidates with application completion. Make offers of employment and onboard new employees. Identify and participate in community based employment events and/or special interest networking groups. Travel to various sites to attend job/career fairs as a representative of Hope Network. Partner with Director of TA to develop recruitment marketing strategy for assigned affiliates, including but not limited to Marketing materials, tools and resources used to support recruiting efforts including social media, print, etc. Hope Network Industries' recruitment Develop community partnerships with organizations that support Hope Network Industries' mission of helping individuals overcome challenges and barriers to employment. Partner with third party agencies for all employment related activities (Temporary employment agencies, Bethany Christian Services, State of Michigan, etc.) Acts as a resource to employees and management regarding policy questions/interpretations, application of policy and procedures. Monitors and analyzes data and trends to identify opportunities, issues, and needs that may impact strategy and business results. Acts as a change agent/leader and culture steward. Collaborates with Business Partners on legal and/or compliance matters. Provide necessary documents to new employees; benefit information, contact numbers, etc. Meet with and brainstorm with other Hope recruiters to learn new techniques and effective recruiting strategies.

Talent Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related area of study preferred or applicable work experience. PHR Certification is preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Valid driver's license with driving record acceptable to Hope Network policy. Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and application of employment law at federal, state and local levels. Strong analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in current industry standard PC applications and systems. Experience with computer software programs including spreadsheets and word processing.
Work Experience Requirements:
Three or more years of human resource experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred. Prior experience working in a fast paced environment that presents multiple priorities. Proven record of achieving high levels of service and delivery required.
