Remote Staffing Recruiter

Staffing Recruiter (Remote - DFW Based) Are you a high-volume recruiting pro who knows the Dallas-Fort Worth industrial landscape like the back of your hand? We are looking for a powerhouse Remote Staffing Recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring for our warehouse operations across the Metroplex. While this role is 100% remote, we require candidates to live in the DFW area to maintain a pulse on the local market and occasionally attend regional team meet-ups. The Role You won't just be filling seats; you ll be the engine driving our warehouse operations. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a candidate-from the initial "hello" to their first day on the warehouse floor.

What You Bring Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience (Staffing agency experience is a huge plus).

Location:

You must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Tech Savvy:

Proficiency with ATS platforms, job boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter), and social media sourcing. The "Hustle": A sense of urgency and the ability to pivot quickly when priorities shift.

Communication:

Pipeline Building:

Maintain a "ready-to-go" database of qualified candidates to meet fluctuating client demands.

Onboarding:

Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and first-day logistics.
