Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales positions across multiple levels and business functions Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies Source, engage and attract top sales talent through proactive outreach, networking and recruiting platforms Conduct candidate screenings, assessments and interview coordination Guide candidates through the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience Support employer branding initiatives to increase visibility and attract top talent Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve recruiting processes and hiring outcomes Assist with onboarding and new-hire transition activities What's needed? 5+ years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sales recruiting Must have sales experience recruiting at the mid-market or enterprise level Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment Results-driven mindset with a focus on quality, efficiency and candidate experience Ability to adapt quickly and manage changing priorities Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and presentation skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred Experience with talent assessments, recruitment technologies or employer branding initiatives is a plus What's in it for me?
