We're seeking a Scheduling & Recruiting Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hospitality, staffing coordination, HR support, or recruiting who wants to build a career in scheduling, recruiting, and client relations . Key Responsibilities Scheduling & Staffing Manage daily scheduling assignments for hospitality clients, ensuring timely and effective coverage. Communicate with hotels, restaurants, and event venues to confirm staffing needs and availability. Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Zoom, and ATS systems to manage schedules, track employees, and update client requests. Respond quickly to call-outs, last-minute requests, and urgent staffing changes. Work closely with recruiters and account managers to fill client needs efficiently. Recruiting & Talent Development Source candidates through Indeed, job postings, career fairs, employee referrals, and community partnerships .
Participate in recruiting activities at:
Our Cary office Local NCWorks Career Centers Job fairs and industry events Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding into the scheduling system. Build and maintain pipelines of qualified hospitality staff (servers, bartenders, banquet staff, housekeepers, cooks, etc.) to ensure timely fulfillment of client needs. Client Engagement & Outreach Travel locally to Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, and Greensboro to visit client sites and ensure satisfaction. Represent STSS Inc at chamber of commerce events, networking opportunities, and hospitality job fairs . Support business development during slower scheduling periods by making outreach calls and following up with clients. Administrative Support Maintain accurate scheduling records, timesheets, and client assignments. Communicate shift updates, confirmations, and schedule changes to employees. Support employee onboarding and compliance requirements. Be available to work some weekends as scheduled in advance. Qualifications Must reside in the Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill, NC area to accommodate office, remote, and client site visits. Prior experience in hospitality staffing, hotel operations, restaurant management, or recruiting required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, Zoom, ATS systems, and smartphone apps. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal). Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Outgoing, professional demeanor suited for client-facing and community events.
