Full Job Description Job Title:

Aerospace Recruiter Position Overview:

Saxon Aerospace US Inc. is seeking a seasoned, results-driven Aerospace Recruiter to lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across diverse client engagements. This role requires a proven ability to drive results, manage complex requisitions, and provide strategic guidance to both clients and internal stakeholders. This is a salaried position with bi-weekly commissions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Partnership:

• Consult with clients to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing insights on industry trends and hiring best practices.
• Conduct intake calls with clients to gather role requirements an hiring criteria.

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:

• Create and post engaging job advertisements on internal and external job boards with optimized and inclusive language.
• Leverage social media, networking events, and direct sourcing methods to identify and engage top talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with current candidate statuses, job details, and communication logs to ensure transparency and process efficiency.

Interviewing & Talent Assessment:

• Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews with candidates.
• Deliver comprehensive candidate assessments and recommendations to clients.
• Conduct professional reference checks, background verifications and drug screening coordination in compliance with client requirements and legal standards.

Offer Management & Placement:

• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and benefits discussions.
• Support candidates through the onboarding process to ensure a positive placement experience.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
• Act as a career advisor to candidates and a strategic hiring partner to clients.

Business Development:

• Promote Saxon Aerospace US Inc.'s recruitment services to prospective clients.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting required.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated success in business development and sales within a recruiting environment.
• Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and placing top talent.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Background in Engineering, Aerospace, Software, Technical recruiting a plus.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally to visit client locations as needed.
