Job Description

Job Summary Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of professional and corporate positions across multiple business functions. This individual will serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring leaders, providing market insight, talent strategy, and hands-on execution throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at identifying and engaging passive talent, and has the confidence to advise leaders on hiring strategy, candidate availability, and market realities. This role is located Hybrid (3 days onsite) in St. Louis, Missouri. Core Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for professional and corporate-level positions, from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding transition Conduct intake meetings with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define candidate profiles, and establish recruiting strategies Develop targeted sourcing plans using a combination of direct outreach, networking, referrals, database mining, social platforms, and traditional recruiting tools Build and maintain pipelines of both active and passive candidates for current and anticipated hiring needs Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against role requirements and organizational fit Prepare candidates throughout the interview process by setting expectations, providing guidance, and maintaining consistent communication Partner closely with hiring leaders to calibrate candidate profiles, refine selection criteria, and navigate challenging searches Provide insight into market conditions, talent availability, compensation trends, and expected timelines to help leaders make informed hiring decisions Lead offer discussions and facilitate negotiations to secure top talent Ensure candidate records and recruiting activity are accurately maintained within the applicant tracking system Partner with internal stakeholders to support a seamless pre-employment and onboarding experience Monitor recruiting metrics and share observations related to pipeline health, hiring trends, and process effectiveness Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, candidate experience initiatives, and sourcing strategies Require Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting professional-level hiring Demonstrated success recruiting in competitive talent markets and filling difficult-to-source positions Strong sourcing capabilities with experience identifying and engaging passive candidates Ability to build credibility and influence with hiring leaders and business partners at multiple levels of an organization Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities independently Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and standard recruiting technologies This role is best suited for a recruiter who has supported corporate or shared-services hiring within a mid-sized to large organization Candidates should be comfortable balancing high-touch stakeholder management with hands-on sourcing and execution Experience recruiting across a variety of business functions and advising leaders through complex hiring decisions is highly valued Key Competencies & Behaviors Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills Strong negotiation and offer management experience Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through High degree of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Work Environment Location:
Hybrid (Onsite 3 days per week) in Saint Louis, MO, remote possible for the right person Occasional after-hours support may be required.
Compensation & Benefits Pay Range:
The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $50.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
