About theRole We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to support Commure'sgrowth and partner with teams company wide, spanning functions suchas Go-to-Market, G&A, Enterprise, and Operations. In thispivotal role, you will be instrumental in scaling these orgsthrough standardized, efficient, effective, and metrics-drivenrecruiting processes. This role will focus on cultivating strongpartnerships across several leaders to find, attract, and retainworld-class talent. You will help drive alignment and talentstrategy, working with leaders and stakeholders across thebusiness, to ensure we continue building the foundational teamsthat allow Commure to succeed. The people at Commure willultimately determine our success and this role will directly impactour ability to deliver on our mission. This is a hybrid role andrequires 3-days in our Mountain View office. What You'll DoIdentify creative ways to activate and engage passive TalentUtilize data to set benchmarks and metrics to create targetedrecruiting strategies, while partnering with Leadership to buildtop talent teams Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and developunique full-cycle hiring strategies Work with hiring teams todesign interview plans that capture the right signals to hire toptalent Manage multiple requisitions with active and passivecandidates to sustain long-term hiring goals Create and implementsourcing strategies and workflows to build robust and diversecandidate pipelines Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensureaccuracy of our Talent datasets Deliver a world-class candidateexperience across the entire hiring journey What You Have 3 yearsof full-cycle recruiting experience with demonstrated success inhigh-volume recruitment across variety of departments Experiencedesigning and implementing scalable recruiting processes andworkflows Success in scaling a high-growth Tech company Excellentproject management skills with the ability to handle bothhigh-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining qualityStrong stakeholder management experience and ability to workindependently Experience with recruiting within the softwareindustry Commure is committed to creating and fostering a diverseteam. Compensation Range:
$120K - $150K
