Hybrid in Boston, MA (onsite 4 days/week) A Boston-based financial services client is looking to hire a Senior Recruiter to manage full lifecycle recruiting from kick-off meetings to offer acceptance. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, working closely with leadership, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the interview process.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process for a wide variety of roles Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies to find and hire qualified candidates through various channels Provide consistent updates to applicants throughout the interview process to ensure a best-in-class candidate experience Build and maintain a pipeline of strong talent for frequently targeted skillsets Represent the company at networking and industry events & champion initiatives to enhance employer brand
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including managing a wide variety of requisitions independently at one time Professional services recruiting experience strongly preferred Workday experience strongly preferred
