| 40 hrs./week Basic Qualifications (Mandatory): Bachelor's degree and 5+ Years of experience Experience recruiting technical talent across various engineering disciplines ( Systems, Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace) or non-technical disciplines (business, production, operations, supply chain). Experience using Workday Recruiting, Eightfold or similar ATS platforms Ability to obtain a U.S Government clearance
