$58.80-$83.00 Per HR Description This position offers a flexible work environment, allowing for hybrid work in Vienna, VA or fully remote opportunities. As a contractor, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR technology solutions. This role requires experience with enterprise service management platforms. Key Responsibilities Implement and configure HR service management solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation. Provide technical support and troubleshooting. Conduct training sessions for end-users. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in HR technology implementation. Proficiency with enterprise service management platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
