Description We are looking for a skilled Sourcer to support talent acquisition efforts for financial services roles. This Contract position will focus on identifying and connecting with Certified Financial Planners and other experienced financial professionals, helping build a strong pipeline of talent with experience in the field. Working closely with a Senior Recruiter, this individual will contribute to a thoughtful and organized sourcing strategy in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain talent pipelines for financial services positions, with particular attention to Certified Financial Planner profiles and similar advisory backgrounds.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter and related sourcing channels to identify prospective candidates who align with role expectations and business needs.
Initiate outreach to potential applicants, create interest in opportunities, and encourage meaningful candidate engagement.
Share well-matched candidates with the Senior Recruiter, providing clear notes and context to support next-step evaluation.
Keep sourcing activity, candidate status updates, and talent market information accurately documented in recruitment systems and records.
Monitor hiring trends and labor market developments within the financial services sector to strengthen sourcing strategies.
Collaborate effectively in a remote setting while managing priorities independently and maintaining consistent recruiting support. Requirements
Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for roles requiring strong attention to detail, ideally within the financial services industry.
Familiarity with Certified Financial Planner credentials and the types of roles commonly associated with that designation.
Hands-on ability with LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools used to identify passive and active candidates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for outreach, candidate engagement, and recruiter collaboration.
Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail when tracking candidates and maintaining accurate records.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying responsive and productive.
Knowledge of recruiting-related HR processes, compliance considerations, and systems is preferred.
