The Opportunity We're looking for a people-powered, detail-obsessed Staffing Coordinator to join our team. You'll be the engine behind getting the right people in the right place at the right time, whether that's sourcing fresh talent, building schedules, or making sure every event is fully staffed and ready to roll. You'll work closely with our Director of Growth & Development and General Manager to support every department, making this a role where no two days look the same.

What You'll Be Doing Source, screen, and hire rockstar candidates for operations, events, and corporate roles Own the onboarding experience, from paperwork to first-day introductions Build and manage staff schedules across departments, making sure every shift and every event is covered Partner with the Event Coordinator on event-day staffing needs Support the Account Manager with staffing tied to corporate clients Be the go-to resource for staff questions on policies, scheduling, and HR stuff Keep employee records accurate, organized, and audit-ready Show up to orientations and events — yes, in person, because people matter What We're Looking For 2+ years in staffing, recruiting, HR coordination, or workforce management Hospitality or events experience is a serious bonus Strong communicator who can hold their own in a fast-paced environment Organized to a fault — you live for a good system Comfortable working independently from home and side-by-side with a team on-site Experience with scheduling software or an ATS is a plus Flexibility for weekends and event days when the team needs you most What You Get Hybrid flexibility — work from home when it works, be on-site when it counts Monthly tip structure Clear growth path — we promote from within Family lunch (yes, we feed you) End-of-season trip incentive Team socials and celebrations Referral program Ready to Apply?
