Candidate Recruitment and Retention Proactively source, recruit, and interview top-tier administrative and facility professionals to fill temporary, project-based, and permanent client positions. Build strong relationships with candidates, offering guidance, feedback, and ongoing professional support to ensure long-term engagement. 2. Placement and Sales Growth Match qualified candidates with client job openings, ensuring a perfect fit for both parties. Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to provide exceptional customer service. Actively uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities by networking with existing clients and candidates. 3. Sales and Marketing Drive business growth by conducting daily marketing calls to new and existing clients, presenting our services, and addressing their staffing needs. Strategize with team members and management to achieve weekly sales and business development goals. Represent The Liberty Group at networking events to enhance our local market presence and build valuable industry connections. Qualifications Proven experience in staffing, recruiting, and business development, ideally in manufacturing, construction, blue-collar, or administrative industries. Multi-family, apartment, or commercial management experience is highly desirable. Strong sales acumen with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
