Staffing Specialist Central Pyramid - 3.4 McKinney, TX Job Details Full-time 2 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Staffing Specialist - Mays Plus division Hybrid / Remote in Texas or Oklahoma Position Summary The Staffing Specialist is responsible for recruiting, screening, hiring, and onboarding Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) and caregivers for Mays Plus. This position works closely with branch leadership to ensure adequate staffing levels, maintain a strong candidate pipeline, and provide an excellent candidate experience from application through hire. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Recruit Personal Care Attendants and caregivers through online job boards, referrals, community outreach, and other sourcing methods. Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews. Manage the hiring process from initial contact through offer acceptance. Facilitate pre-employment requirements, including background checks, employment verification, and required documentation. Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure all personnel files are complete and compliant. Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting records within company systems. Build and maintain relationships with local schools, workforce agencies, and community organizations to support recruiting efforts. Partner with branch leadership to identify staffing needs and hiring priorities. Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring activity and staffing needs. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable federal, state, and local employment regulations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Previous recruiting, staffing, healthcare, or human resources experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Experience working with caregivers, healthcare personnel, or field-based employees is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods. Occasional travel for recruiting events, job fairs, and branch support may be required.
