Responsibilities:

• Support the sales and promotions of Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant programs, events, and products.
• Engage prospective clients, sponsors, and partners through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, and digital content.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activities using company CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the event team to identify new business opportunities and enhance customer experience.
• Provide information about pageant participation, sponsorship packages, and event details to interested parties.
• Represent Proverbs 31 Beauty Pageant at networking events, fairs, and expos as needed.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to stay informed about latest promotions and industry trends.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Assist with post-event follow-up and feedback collection from clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or event promotion preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with public speaking and networking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new software tools.
