Dartmouth Health is seeking a full-time Physician & Advanced Practice Provider Recruiter to join our collaborative and high-performing recruitment team. This hybrid role offers flexibility with remote work while maintaining meaningful on-site presence across Dartmouth Health locations. Must live within driving distance of Lebanon, NH. Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining pipelines of physician and advanced practice provider candidates through sourcing, networking, screening, and relationship management Developing customized recruitment and marketing strategies for individual searches and service lines Managing the recruitment lifecycle from requisition through candidate experience, site visits, offers, and onboarding partnership Partnering with clinical and operational leaders to forecast workforce needs and support annual recruitment planning Building strong external relationships with residency and fellowship programs, professional associations, conferences, referral networks, and recruitment partners Collaborating with internal partners including credentialing, legal, immigration, compensation, onboarding, and HR teams to support a seamless hiring process Helping reduce vacancy rates and improve time-to-fill while maintaining an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience Manage full process locum placements for assigned service areas Strategically managing all aspects of recruitment while balancing the administrative functions associated with each step in the process. These include, managing candidates/reqs in the ATS, updating monthly reports and smartsheets, drafting offer packages What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines recruiting expertise with strong relationship-building skills, curiosity, organization, and a customer-service mindset. You may be a great addition if you have: Two or more years of physician and/or advanced practice provider recruitment experience, preferably within an academic medical center or healthcare environment Experience in healthcare, executive-level recruitment, or a related highly consultative recruiting environment Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and build trust across stakeholders Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and process excellence, with ability to handle a high volume of administrative functions A proactive, adaptable, and resourceful approach in a fast-changing environment with an aptitude for critical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset A passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience Why Dartmouth Health?
