Shift Hours:

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM The Talent Acquisition Advisor (Recruiter): Responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments. Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions. Participates as part of the team to provide quality staffing.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required:

Recruiter Academy Certified Recruiter (RACR) certification within 12 months of employment. Bachelor's degree is required with 2 years professional recruiting experience or proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate competent to take on full cycle recruitment. 8 years' of recruiting experience with High School Diploma/GED is also acceptable.
