Position Purpose Under the direction of the Manager of Administrative Services, the Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for bringing new talent into the organization and plays a critical role in ensuring best practices are used throughout the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Associate will actively administer all recruiting strategies by preparing recruiting materials, sourcing candidates online, completing daily candidate prescreens and interviews. The Talent Acquisition Associate will also be responsible for assessing candidate technical abilities, soft skills, knowledge, experience, aptitude, and cultural fit. The Talent Acquisition Associate will focus on providing strong upward communication and proactive feedback regarding daily duties and issues. The Talent Acquisition Associate will strategically be driving candidate interest by promoting the company's reputation to fill existing vacancies and to build a pipeline of excellent candidates. The Talent Acquisition Associate will have a passion for high interactive daily call volume, seeking proactive recruiting solutions and building professional relationships through continuous communication. Lastly, The Talent Acquisition Associate will be the primary onsite office admin. You will be answering all inbound corporate calls, transferring to the appropriate parties, taking messages, receive and scan all inbound mail as well as sending outbound mail correspondence. The Talent Acquisition Associate is driven by performance goals, provides top-tier administrative support to ensure business goals are being met, and by being involved in the development of the Human Resources Department as a whole.

TALENT ACQUISITION SUPPORT
Review and analyze resumes using Online Sourcing Applications or Alternative Sourcing Solutions Search job boards and websites or utilize employee referrals for potential candidates Evaluate applications and determine if they meet the minimum position requirements Interview potential candidates using pre-screen questions and discuss position highlights Interact with potential candidates via online platforms for pre-screening, interviewing, discussions, and document collection, and more Complete Pre-hire process with offer letter, background and drug screen consent forms, setting up drug screen orders online and reviewing results of all background and drug screens completed Assist candidates in completing pre-hire paperwork Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, professional platforms, and employees' referrals Meet all quarterly performance goals
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT SUPPORT
Open, scan and save all received mail at corporate office Send notice of urgent mail daily Primary contact for all inbound HR and corporate callso Transfer inbound calls to appropriate party and take messages Actively participate in team conference calls, group discussions and meetings via virtual Teams experience Take notes and provide summaries to participantso Collect and report data on cost per hire, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate and retention rates Input all new hires into HRIS and walk them through the onboarding process and Prepare and submit recruiting analytics and reports Assist in the development and presentation of recruiting proposals, HR marketing and employee engagement material Stays abreast job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks, and participating in professional organizations. Up to 3 days a week will be required to work in the office and 2 days a week will be approved to work from designated home location. All necessary office equipment will be supplied for full hybrid working functionality. While working from the office you will work on or use a laptop or desktop, mouse, scanner, fax and a phone. A quiet, designated workspace will be required to ensure professional and successful communication is provided while in the process of conducting work-related functions. The Talent Acquisition Associate is required to have their own smartphone for daily work functions, necessary app usage and team communication. The Talent Acquisition Associate is also required to have Wi-Fi or a home internet network for daily work functions, necessary app usage and team communication. Our Client will provide a communication allowance in support of the internet and smart device usage while working from designated home location. Physical Demands/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Office and work from home hours can vary or change due to operation needs. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to speak, hear, read and write in English while taking customer and employee calls, messages or in meetings. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus while using phone, computer or other interactive candidate software. Must be able to sit or stand for several hours per day while performing administrative tasks on the computer or laptop.
