Overview
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting and new hire onboarding across the organization. This role partners closely with leadership to align hiring strategies with business needs while ensuring a smooth and effective onboarding experience for new employees.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple business units
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning and role requirements
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates (active and passive)
Lead interview process, offer development, and candidate communication
Build talent pipelines for key and recurring roles
Track recruiting metrics and maintain ATS data
Manage external recruiting partners and ensure compliance with employment laws
Onboarding
Coordinate and execute structured onboarding programs
Manage new hire logistics, scheduling, and cross-functional communication
Partner with leaders to support consistent onboarding practices
Monitor onboarding effectiveness and recommend improvements
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple disciplines
Strong sourcing experience, including LinkedIn Recruiter
Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
Experience with onboarding programs preferred
Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with ATS and HR systems
