Scope of Position The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process at Watts Water. The TA Partner will lead the development of local recruiting plans, employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best talent for Watts. This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This role is hybrid and is based in N. Andover, MA. Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities- Champion full cycle recruitment process for both hourly operations and salary positions while partnering with leaders to understand the business needs of the Operations functions at Watts Water.
- Partner with the talent team, HR and compensation on processes within the corporate recruiting arena.
- Lead the creation of a recruitment and interviewing plan for each open position.
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
- Utilize a variety of social media platforms for efficient recruitment.
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidates.
- Conduct prescreens and post screen meetings.
- Maintain all pertinent applicants and interview data in the Human Resources Information System, Workday.
- Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
- Assist with campus recruitment activities within the United States.
- Partner/lead other projects as assigned. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related experience.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience required.
- Experience in Workday or a similar ATS
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings/campus recruitment as needed.
- Excellent time management, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully.
- Ability to be flexible and resourceful.

Physical Requirements:
Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to:- Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
- Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
- Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
- Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
