Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities for the Corporate Group. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to define position requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies while working in a flexible, hybrid schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to accurately define position requirements and develop an effective sourcing strategy Support the business and assigned functional areas with acquiring talent, including attending town hall meetings and business update meetings for various initiatives Identify and partner with technical vocational schools and local workforce organizations Plan and coordinate onsite company hiring events, represent the organization at local job fairs, and participate in any industry-related networking events Proactively source candidates Conduct phone screens to qualify and present candidates to the hiring teams Prepare, extend, and negotiate offers Compose and post attractive job advertisements Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System Workday Communicate with hiring teams throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree At least three years of experience with full cycle recruiting, inclusive of managing a high-volume requisition load Ability to build strong relationships and enact influence with business partners of all levels Highly organized, with the ability to act with urgency Resourceful and creative ability to attract talent
