Job Description
Sunshine ABA Therapies is seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finding top talent in the ABA field, including Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and clinical support staff. This role is crucial to our growth and our ability to serve more families in need. The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining a pipeline of qualified professionals. Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Strategy Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for clinical and administrative positions, from job posting to offer negotiation and closing. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, professional networks, and career events. Focus heavily on sourcing BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs, understanding the unique requirements and certifications for these roles. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Build and maintain strong relationships with local universities, certification programs, and professional organizations to establish a pipeline of future talent. Candidate Experience & Onboarding Ensure a positive, professional, and engaging experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback. Collaborate with the Operations and HR teams to facilitate a smooth transition from recruitment to onboarding. Effectively communicate Sunshine ABA's mission, culture, and employee value proposition.

Track and analyze recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire) to identify areas for improvement. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal and state employment laws and company policies. Assist in developing and updating job descriptions as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or a clinical setting. Proven experience recruiting specialized roles, ideally BCBAs, RBTs, or similar clinical professionals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing platforms. Preferred Experience recruiting within the ABA industry. Knowledge of BCBA and RBT certification requirements. Familiarity with local labor market conditions in the healthcare/ABA sector.

Pay:
