- Norstella is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join its growing People team and drive full-cycle recruiting across the company's commercial functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- + Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles across sales, account management, marketing, and leadership — from intake through offer acceptance.
Primary Measures of Success:
- + Consistently fills commercial roles with high-quality candidates within agreed timelines, earning strong satisfaction scores from hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Qualifications
- + 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on commercial roles, including sales hunters, account managers, marketing professionals, and go-to-market leadership.
