Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter) LivSmart Home Services North Carolina Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $60,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Paid holidays Paid time off Qualifications Computer operation Applicant-to-interview ratio tracking ATS Administrative experience Schedule management Full Job Description LivSmart Home Services (www.livsmart.pro) is rapidly expanding across multiple U.S. markets through large-scale residential energy-efficiency and government rebate programs, including the Energy Saver North Carolina Program, Michigan MIHER Program, and additional expansion markets including Georgia and California. We are seeking a highly organized and driven Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead subcontractor recruiting, internal hiring, onboarding, and workforce development across all active markets. This role is critical to supporting company growth by helping us recruit, screen, onboard, and manage high-quality subcontractors and employees across multiple trades and operational positions. Role Overview The Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee both subcontractor recruiting and internal hiring operations for LivSmart.
This position combines:
Talent acquisition Recruiting operations Contractor onboarding Compliance coordination Administrative organization Workforce scaling You will help build and maintain the workforce infrastructure required to support rapidly growing residential installation operations across multiple states. Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Operations Manage and organize existing pipelines of resumes and applicants Conduct full-scale recruiting for subcontractors and internal hires Create and manage job postings across multiple hiring platforms Monitor recruiting performance and manage recruiting/ad budgets Review, sort, and screen incoming resumes and applications Schedule and coordinate interviews and onboarding processes Subcontractor Recruiting & Management Recruit and onboard subcontractors including: HVAC contractors Electricians Plumbers Installation crews Field service professionals Responsibilities include: Collecting licenses and required documentation Managing insurance and compliance documentation Organizing subcontractor records and databases Coordinating subcontractor onboarding Supporting subcontractor relationship management Compliance & Documentation Coordinate subcontractor agreements and contracts covering liability and operational requirements Process background checks and verification procedures Ensure documentation remains organized and current Maintain accurate workforce and subcontractor records across multiple states and programs Multi-State Recruitment Support Support recruiting operations across: North Carolina Michigan Georgia California Additional future markets as LivSmart expands This includes supporting both: Government rebate program operations Internal operational hiring needs Ideal Candidate Strong recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordination experience Experience managing high-volume recruiting pipelines Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with subcontractor onboarding or workforce coordination preferred Experience with construction, HVAC, trades, or field operations recruiting is highly desirable Strong computer literacy and experience using recruiting platforms and applicant tracking systems Compensation & BenefitsCompensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance bonus opportunities available Benefits Fully remote position Paid vacation, sick days, and company holidays Paid training and ongoing operational support Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company High-impact role helping scale operations across multiple states Why Join LivSmart?
