This role supports Patient Care Services by leading full-cycle recruitment for clinical teams. The Talent Acquisition Specialist partners closely with hiring leaders to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans, attracting high-quality talent in a competitive healthcare market. The TAS leverages innovative sourcing solutions across diverse platforms, in combination with traditional recruitment tools and legacy technologies, to build strong candidate pipelines. This role delivers an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes aligned with organizational goals. Department Talent Acquisition Position Status Full-time, eligible for benefits Shift Days, Monday-Friday Hybrid role, onsite and remote Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Annual Salary Range (Based on 40 hours worked per week): $66,083.89 to $99,125.84 Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates and conducts full lifecycle recruitments, applying a high touch service delivery approach to meet client needs, adapting the approach as needed to meet client needs. Ensures organizationally aligned interview guides are being utilized across the system. Coaches leaders on Talent Acquisition best practices that align with our organizational mission, vision, values, diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Responds to and resolves candidate questions and complaints throughout the interview process, coordinates events and logistics for interviews. Interprets and explains federal and state regulations and internal guidelines as they pertain to recruitment and selection activities. Ensures all the phases of the recruitment and selection process comply with applicable regulations and guidelines. Documents processes, procedures and updates recruiting resources. Participates in projects to improve internal processes and procedures to improve the customer experience. Collaborates across HR Functions and partnering departments to process talent management transactions and to troubleshoot and resolve issues as they surface with processing transactions. Seeks out relevant industry resources and internal resources to gain knowledge of the organization, the functions/responsibilities of open positions and trends in the healthcare industry to provide high-touch service delivery to candidates and hiring managers on recruitments. Minimum Qualifications Degrees Bachelor of Science Area of Study Human Resources, Business, Communications, or other related field. Experience One (1) year of professional recruiting experience in one or more areas of recruitment life cycle; assessing needs, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening candidates, interviewing, negotiating offers, and on-boarding. Three to Five (3-5) years of clinical healthcare recruitment experience preferred Equivalency Four years' experience above stated requirements may substitute for bachelor's degree.
