Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract) will support hiring needs across Marketing, Finance, G&A, Audio Technology, and Bose Luxury business units. This individual contributor role focuses on delivering full-cycle recruiting support by partnering with hiring managers to execute effective sourcing and hiring strategies aligned to business needs.Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage end-to-end recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities, and timelines Support hiring plans aligned to approved headcount and business needs Sourcing & Pipeline Development Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, agencies, and other channels Build and maintain candidate pipelines: Utilize Boolean search, X-ray search, and targeted outreach techniques Candidate & Hiring Manager Support Ensure positive candidate experience through communication and coordination Support interview processes and candidate evaluations Provide market insights and candidate feedback to hiring managersRecruiting Operations & Systems:
Use Workday and other recruiting tools to manage requisitions and workflows Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure compliance Follow recruiting processes, policies, and employment regulationsMarket Awareness & Process Improvement:
Stay informed on talent market trends Use recruiting data to refine sourcing strategies and improve pipeline effectiveness Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate engagementRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of recruiting experience with full-cycle recruiting and sourcing Experience recruiting for professional, technical, or specialized roles Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean & X-ray search) Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of employment laws and compliance best practices Data-driven approach to recruiting decisions The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually- as applicable.
