Talent Acquisition Specialist - Sourcer 6-Month (Contract) Hybrid - Portsmouth, NH (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Pay Rate range: $28.00-34.00/hr
Must Haves :
3-6 years of recruiting experience Experience recruiting for field, skilled trades, operations, construction, restoration, or similar roles Ability to manage 10-20 active requisitions simultaneously Experience building talent pipelines in new or emerging markets Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive sourcing and recruitment efforts for field technician and branch leadership positions in new and expanding markets. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on building talent pipelines from scratch, engaging passive candidates, and supporting business growth through strategic talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for field and operational leadership roles, including technicians, project managers, and branch leaders. Build talent pipelines in new geographic markets using LinkedIn, job boards, trade associations, vocational programs, and industry networks. Identify, engage, and nurture passive candidates within the restoration, construction, and property services industries. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and provide market intelligence. Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified talent with clear hiring recommendations. Maintain active candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Track sourcing effectiveness, pipeline activity, and recruiting metrics within the ATS. #AFHR #LI-CA2
